TopTip doo is a company specialising in real estate, based in Subotica, with more than three decades of experience in brokering property sales and lettings.
In 33 years of work we have learned that a property transaction does not end with an advertisement. That is why, drawing on long experience and knowledge, we have developed an integrated range of services that accompanies the client through the whole process — from the first conversation and valuation, through checking the documents and presenting the property, to negotiations and final completion.
From our base in Subotica we cover the city and the Bačka region and, as our clients' needs require, we also operate in Novi Sad, Belgrade, Zlatibor and on the Adriatic coast.
Our knowledge of the local market is also recognised by the media. We regularly comment on the state of and trends in the property market in Subotica and the surrounding area for local, provincial and national print and electronic media. The media turn to us when they want a comment and an assessment of the market.

How we work
Four steps from the first call to completion

Conversation and valuation
After an initial conversation we arrange a meeting to visit and inspect your property. We discuss your expectations, assess the condition of the property and the documents available, and together arrive at a realistic market price. We tell you what you want to hear — and what you may not. Because the price an owner wants and the price the market accepts are often not the same number. Of course, the final decision on the price is always yours — and we respect it.

Checking the documents
We check ownership, the documents and any restrictions on transfer. If there are open questions or obstacles, we take the necessary steps and coordinate their resolution so that the property is ready for sale as soon as possible.

Preparation and advertising
For a quality presentation, we make every effort to show each property at its best — with quality photographs, a clear and specific description, and careful positioning on our website and the relevant property portals. We organise viewings and filter interested buyers before they come to your door.

Deposit, contract and final completion
Once an agreement is reached, we bring all the parties together and coordinate the next steps — from agreeing the deposit (earnest money) and preparing the documents, through working with lawyers and the public notary, to the certification of the contract, the payment and the final completion of the transaction. We are there for you until the very end.
