What this site collects
Nothing. There are no forms on the site, no mailing list, no accounts and no fields in which you could enter your details.
Cookies
The site sets no marketing or analytics cookies and uses no visitor-tracking tools. The “Saved” list is kept solely in your browser (localStorage) and is not sent anywhere; clearing your browser data removes it.
Maps
Pages with a map load map tiles from CARTO / OpenStreetMap servers. That sends your IP address to those servers, as happens when any image on the internet is opened. We do not use the map for tracking.
When you contact us
If you call, message us on Viber or WhatsApp, or write an e-mail, we use your details solely to answer your enquiry and, if a transaction follows, to carry it out. We do not sell your data or pass it to third parties except where the law requires it.
Business confidentiality
As a broker entered in the Register, we are obliged to treat the client's details and the details of the property as confidential business information (Zakon o posredovanju u prometu i zakupu nepokretnosti — Law on Brokerage in Real-Estate Transactions and Leasing, Art. 16).
Your rights
You have the right to ask for access to the data we hold about you, and for its correction or deletion. Contact us using the details given on this site.
