Property details — price, area, layout, description and photographs — are published in good faith, based on information received from the owner and on inspection of the documents. The offer changes daily; a property may be sold, let or repriced before the site is updated.
Nothing on this site is an offer in the legal sense
The publication of a property on this site is not an offer to conclude a contract, nor does it oblige the agency or the owner to conclude one.
Photographs
Photographs show the property as it was at the time of shooting. They carry the agency's watermark and may not be downloaded or published without our consent.
Calculators
The calculators on this site give an informative estimate based on the figures you enter and the rates and fees in force. They are not a bank's offer, a tax authority assessment or a notary's calculation.
Brokerage
Brokerage is carried out on the basis of a written brokerage contract, in accordance with the Zakon o posredovanju u prometu i zakupu nepokretnosti (Law on Brokerage in Real-Estate Transactions and Leasing). The agency is entered in the Register of Brokers under number 173.
